To lift a head restraint, pull it up and establish on the required height. to lower a head restraint, press the button of a clamp and then press a head restraint (fig. 1.120) down.
Adjust a head restraint so that the upper edge of a pillow of a head restraint was flush with top of an auricle of the person sitting on sitting. The upper edge of a pillow of a head restraint should not be at the level of a neck of the driver or the passenger at all.
