2.1.7.4. Spark plug

The iridic spark plug is used. The central electrode has diameter of 0.6 mm and is made of iridium alloy.

Thinner central electrode allowed to reduce electric discharge and to improve characteristics of ignition. what, in turn, allowed to provide steady performance data under all traffic conditions and it is essential to improve fuel profitability (fig. 2.71).
