2.2.8. Check of the executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution (L3)

ATTENTION
The executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution is precision knot and is not subject to dismantling.

Disconnect a negative wire of the rechargeable battery.
Remove an opening plate under a stopper.
Remove a high-voltage wire.
Remove the socket of the operating oil valve.
Remove a ventilation hose.
Uncover a head of the block of cylinders (see. "Removal and installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders").

Fig. 2.99. Combination of a groove of a rotor with camber of a cover of the mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution

Make sure that the groove of a rotor and camber of a cover of the executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution are combined (fig. 2.99).
If the groove and camber are not combined, turn a bent shaft clockwise on two turns. Check combination of a groove and camber. If the groove and camber do not coincide again, replace the executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution. If at rotation of a bent shaft every time when the cam passes the provision of full opening of the valve is heard knock of the executive mechanism of change of phases of gas distribution, it means that the executive mechanism is not fixed. Replace the executive mechanism.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders (see. "Removal and installation of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders").
Establish a ventilating hose.
Connect the socket of the operating oil valve.

Fig. 2.100. Fastening of high-voltage wires: 1 – clip; 2 – rubber plug; 3 – wire winding; 4 – union tip; 5 – installation sites of rubber plugs; 6 – installation sites of clips

Connect a high-voltage wire (fig. 2.100).
Establish spark plugs.
Establish an opening plate under a stopper.
