2.6.2.1. Adjustment of thermal gaps in the mechanism of the drive of valves

Uncover the rechargeable battery.
Disconnect a negative wire from the rechargeable battery.
Remove a forward wheel and the tire (right).
Remove knot of the air filter.
Remove ignition coils.
Disconnect a ventilation hose.
Uncover a head of the block of cylinders.
Take off a driving belt.

Remove the cap of a forward cover of the engine shown in the figure 2.237.

Manually screw a bolt (M10ґ1,25, length of 25 mm or more) in a technological opening on the right side, as shown in the figure 2.238 until it rests against the lever of a natyazhitel.

Weaken a tension of a chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution (fig. 2.239).
Drown a connecting plate of a natyazhitel of a chain through a technological opening on the left side, using the thin screw-driver with flat shliyets (the precision screw-driver).

After that, at the released plunger stopper, rotate a crankshaft pulley back (counterclockwise) (fig. 2.240).

After weakening of a tension of a chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution at the same time move the lever of a natyazhitel to the situation shown in the figure 2.241.

NOTE
The chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution utaplivat the lever of a natyazhitel at rotation of a pulley of the crankshaft back (counterclockwise).

Wrap a bolt (M10ґ1,25) established in a forward cover to situation where it gets on an internal part of an edge on the lever of a natyazhitel.

NOTE
Fix the lever of a natyazhitel the established bolt, wrap a bolt on six – seven turns until it reaches the situation shown in the figure 2.242

Record a cam-shaft from a provorachivaniye, holding it a wrench for a hexagon (fig. 2.243).
Turn off a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the camshaft.

Remove a cam-shaft drive asterisk from release at the taken-away chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution (fig. 2.244).

Weaken bolts of fastening of a cover of the bearing of a cam-shaft in 2–3 passes in the order shown in the figure 2.245.
Uncover the cam-shaft bearing.
Remove cam-shafts of the drive of inlet and final valves.
Remove pushers of valves.
Pick up the corresponding pusher of the valve according to results of check of valvate gaps and establish it.
Pusher of the valve which will be chosen: thickness of the removed valve pusher + the measured valvate gap – a standard valvate gap (0.3 mm).
Standard valvate gap (on the cold engine): 0.27–0.33 mm.

Level adjusting tags on a pulley of the crankshaft and a forward cover of the engine, and then install the cylinder No. 1 piston in the provision of VMT (fig. 2.246).
Establish cam-shafts of the drive of inlet and final valves, at the same time the piston of the cylinder No. 1 has to be near the provision of VMT of a step of compression.

Establish covers of bearings of a cam-shaft in the provisions shown in the figure 2.247 and temporarily tighten bolts No. 1 and No. 7 of fastening of a cam-shaft.

Evenly tighten bolts of fastening of a cam-shaft in 2–3 passes in the order shown in the figure 2.248.
Inhaling moment: 11,3–14,2 N · m.

Level adjusting tags on cam-shafts of the drive of inlet and final valves so that they formed a straight line at alignment on the top horizontal surface of a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.249).
Record a cam-shaft from a provorachivaniye, holding it a wrench for a hexagon.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the camshaft.
Inhaling moment: 6–60,8 N · m.
Turn off a bolt (M10ґ1,25) holding the lever of a natyazhitel.
Make sure that the chain of the drive of the mechanism of gas distribution has no sagging, and then check coincidence of tags on an asterisk of the camshaft and a pulley of the crankshaft.
Check the moment of opening and closing of valves having turned a bent shaft clockwise on two turns.

Apply on a cap kremniyorganichesky sealant, as shown in the figure 2.250.
Establish a cap of a forward cover of the engine.
Inhaling moment: 3. 0–5.0 N · m.
Establish a driving belt.
Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
Connect a ventilation hose.
Install ignition coils.
Install the air filter assembled.
Establish a forward wheel (right).
