3.1.1.1. Pumping of the hydraulic drive of switching off of coupling

ATTENTION You watch to spilling working liquid of a hydraulic actuator of coupling on the painted surfaces. If it happened, immediately wash away liquid water.

NOTE Do not mix various brands of working liquids of a hydraulic actuator of coupling. Do not reuse the merged working liquid of a hydraulic actuator of coupling.

Any hydraulic system works normally if air is removed from it.

During pumping add only pure liquid recommended by the manufacturer. Never reuse the liquid which flowed out from the hydraulic drive of switching off of coupling.

If in hydraulic system liquids of various brands incidentally mixed up, remove from it liquid, wash out pure liquid of the required brand and establish new sealing rings.

At continuous leak of liquid from the hydraulic drive or hit of air in it define the reason and the place of leak, eliminate damage.

Before the procedure of pumping uncover a coupling hydraulic actuator tank.

Pump out liquid from the tank the sucking-away pump.

Uncover the union for removal of air from the working cylinder of coupling and put on a vinyl hose the union.

Place other end of a vinyl hose in a container.

Several times slowly rock a coupling pedal.

At the pressed pedal of coupling unscrew the union, using special adaptation to produce liquid.

Tighten the union for removal of air to stop a liquid exit.

Again several times repeat the procedure of pumping until the tube does not come out only pure liquid.

Tighten the union for removal of air.

Inhaling moment: 5,9–8,8 N · m.

Add liquid in a tank to the mark MAX.

Establish a cover.

Check correctness of work of coupling.
