3.4.6.2. Removal

Merge oil from the transmission.
Remove the sensor of anti-blocking system of brakes.

By means of special adaptation remove the sharovy hinge of a steering rod end of draft (fig. 3.126).

By means of special adaptation remove the sharovy hinge of the lower back lever (fig. 3.127).

Remove a support of the back brake mechanism and suspend it on a wire (fig. 3.128).

ATTENTION
Sharp edges of a connecting shaft can cut or punch an epiploon. Be careful at separation of a connecting shaft from the transmission.

Extend a connecting shaft directly.

Install the special device for keeping of a semi-axial gear wheel after removal of a connecting shaft in the transmission.
Remove other components and establish as it should be, the return to removal.

Before installation deliver on a connecting shaft a new clip a cut (fig. 3.130) up.
After installation measure outer diameter.
If it exceeds norm, repeat installation with use of a new clip.
Maximum outer diameter: 31,2 mm.
