Establish a cylindrical spring so that the tag was located from below (fig. 4.31).

Place a jack under the lower lever and slowly lift the lever.

ATTENTION

Installation of a cylindrical spring constitutes danger: the spring can take off and become the reason of a serious trauma or death.
