1.1.7.7. The index of level of fuel in a tank

The index of level of fuel in a tank shows approximate amount of the fuel which is available in a tank (fig. 1.55). In due time fill the fuel tank. You watch that the amount of fuel in a tank never decreased lower than a quarter of full capacity of a tank. If the signaling device of the minimum level of fuel in a tank lit up or the arrow of the index is about a mark "E" (Is empty), immediately fill the fuel tank.

NOTE
Arrow about a signaling device
points to an arrangement of a filling mouth of the fuel tank (on the right board of the car).

The lower provision of an arrow corresponds to a reserve reserve of fuel in a tank.
The signaling device of the minimum reserve of fuel which is built in the index of level of fuel warns the driver that in a tank there was not enough fuel. As soon as possible fill the fuel tank.
