2.6.5.1. Removal

Remove a gas distribution mechanism drive chain.

Remove the pipeline and an arm of the valve of recirculation of the fulfilled gases

Remove the forward sensor of concentration of oxygen with heating

Remove a rope of an accelerator and an arm

Remove a hose of supply of fuel and a plait of wires of a fuel nozzle

Remove an air hose, a throttle branch pipe and an inlet collector

Disconnect the following elements:

– the socket of the back sensor of concentration of oxygen with heating;

– main muffler.

Remove three-component catalytic converter.

Remove the top hose of a radiator.

Remove a heater radiator hose.

Weaken bolts of fastening of a cover of the bearing of a cam-shaft in 2–3 passes in the order shown in the drawing (fig. 2.271).

Uncover cam-shaft bearings.

Weaken bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in 2–3 passes in the order shown in the figure 2.272 and remove them.
