2.8.1. Measurement of temperature of cooling liquid

You will take temperature to cooling liquid and its density the thermometer and the areometer.
ATTENTION
The engine has aluminum elements which can be damaged by antifreeze on the basis of methanol or alcohol.
Do not use alcohol or methanol in the cooling system.
Use only cooling liquid on the basis of ethylene glycol.
For cultivation of antifreeze use only the soft (desalinated) water.
The mineralized water reduces efficiency of cooling liquid.

Define necessary composition of cooling liquid using the provided chart (fig. 2.304).
If the composition of cooling liquid does not meet standard, add water or antifreeze.
