Fig. 3.152. Installation of a dynamic damper

Establish a dynamic damper, as shown in the figure 3.152.
Standard length: 334,7–340,7 mm.
Establish a new collar of a cover on a dynamic damper.

Fig. 3.153. Napressovka of a new rotor of the sensor of anti-blocking system of brakes on a power shaft

Establish a new rotor of the sensor of anti-blocking system of brakes on a power shaft and its napressuyta with use of special devices (fig. 3.153).
Fill a cover (from a wheel) with jellied lubricant.

NOTE
Covers with the party of a wheel and from the transmission differ.

ATTENTION
Do not touch jellied lubricant by hands. You apply lubricant from a tuba, do not allow hit of pollutants in a cover.
Amount of jellied lubricant: 90–110 g.

Establish a cover, without removing an adhesive tape which wrapped up shaft vents when dismantling.
Shoot the film.

Fig. 3.154. Installation of the tripod

Level the tags put at removal and install the tripod, using a core and the hammer (fig. 3.154).
Establish a new lock ring, using pincers for removal and installation of lock rings.

ATTENTION
Make sure that the lock ring was established in a shaft groove.

Fill the case of the hinge and a cover (from the transmission) with jellied lubricant.
Amount of jellied lubricant: 195–215 g.
Install the hinge case.
Establish the standard length of a power shaft.

Fig. 3.155. Removal of air from covers by means of the screw-driver

Let out the air from covers, raising edges of the smaller ends of covers the screw-driver which is wrapped up by fabric (fig. 3.155).

ATTENTION
Do not allow leak of jellied lubricant. Do not damage covers.

Make sure that length of a power shaft – within norm.
Bend a collar in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of a power shaft at the movement of the car forward, and, using flat-nose pliers, densely tighten a collar.

Fig. 3.156. Installation of a collar of a cover (from the transmission)

Block the end of a collar, having bent the blocking clips (fig. 3.156).

ATTENTION
Reliably establish a collar in a flute.

Adjust a gap And

rotation of an adjusting bolt of special adaptation (fig. 3.157).
Gap And: 2,9 mm.
Squeeze a small collar of a cover from a wheel, using special adaptation. Check that a gap In

– within norm (fig. 3.158).
If a gap In more norm, reduce a gap of special adaptation and again squeeze a cover.
If a gap In less norm, replace a cover collar, increase a gap of special adaptation and squeeze a new cover.
Gap In: 2,4–2,8 mm.
Make sure that the collar of a cover does not act from area of installation of a collar of a cover.
If this is so, replace a collar of a cover and repeat installation.
Fill a cover with jellied lubricant from a repair kit.
Adjust a gap In rotation of an adjusting bolt of special adaptation.
