3.1.2.3. Verification of the provision of switching off of coupling

Extend the lever of the parking brake so that wheels were blocked.

Start the engine and let's it work on the idling mode.

At not pressed coupling pedal slowly include transfer of a backing.

Fix the gear shifting lever in situation when gear wheels enter gearing.

Slowly press a coupling pedal.

Stop a coupling pedal when noise of gear wheels (the provision of switching off of coupling) stops.

Measure distance And (distance from the provision of switching off of coupling to the provision of completely pressed pedal) and the coupling pedal course.

Make sure that distance And yes the course of a pedal of coupling meet the established standards (fig. 3.5).

Distance "And": 20 mm.

Pedal course: 140 mm.
